Paradip Port Trust (PPT) / Trafalgar House Extension of Second Multipurpose Berth The project comprises of 22.4 m wide and 190.82 m long multipurpose cargo handling facility equipped with one no. 75.0 ton capacity rail mounted cranes complete with 100 ton capacity bollards and fenders to accommodate 60,000.00 DWT ships. The berth shall have 16.0m draft at the berthing face and supported on 1100 mm thick diaphragm wall at the berthing face and suitably tied at the back with one row of 1000 mm dia bored cast-in-situ piles and two rows of 1300 mm dia piles placed at suitable interval. The RCC deck is supported on 12 pre-cast RCC longitudinal beams cast to suitable size and transverse cast-in-situ tie beams connecting the diaphragm wall and piles at every pile bent locations. The responsibility includes preparation of detailed design and drawings including obtaining approval of the same from PPT.
Paradip Port Trust / Trafalgar House Extension of Return Arm

The project comprises of 10.0 m wide and 119.30 m long light cargo handling facility complete with 20 ton capacity bollards and fenders to accommodate 20,000.00 DWT ships. The berth shall have 10.0m draft at the berthing face and supported on 750 mm thick diaphragm wall at the berthing face and tied at the back with one row of 2200 mm X 750 mm panel piles placed at suitable interval. The RCC deck is designed to support 2 lanes of Class A loading and a UDL of 5 ton/m2 supported on 5 pre-cast RCC longitudinal beams - cast to suitable size and transverse cast-in-situ tie beams connecting the diaphragm wall and panel pile  at every pile bent locations.

The responsibility includes preparation of detailed design and drawings including obtaining approval of the same from PPT.

Kaverner International / Trafalgar House Dahej Chemical Port Terminal The offshore part of the liquid chemical unloading facility comprises of 2.2 km long approach jetty connecting the main unloading arm with land complete with breasting and mooring dolphins and pipe rack trestles on the approach jetty. The jetty is partly supported on RCC bored piles and partly on driven steel piles being installed in deep sea bed. Preparation of detailed design and working drawings of 2.2 km long temporary approach jetty with steel decking - supported on steel tubular piles, capable of carrying one loaded and one unloaded transit mixers plying side by side. The jetty will be used to facilitate construction of the main approach jetty and unloading platform at the jetty head including breasting and mooring dolphin. The responsibility includes interaction with site engineers, formulation of the scheme keeping-in-view of the various binding parameters viz. transportability into deep sea, erectability from tidal considerations, handling wt limitations and time available for erection of each module, reusability and preparation of detail design and drawings.
P & 0 (Ports), Australia / JNPT / Trafalgar House Nhava Sheva International Container Terminal The project comprises of 600 m long and 25 m wide container berth suitable for berthing of 90,000 DWT ships and two nos. 100 m long 10 m wide approach bridge equipped with one no 40 ton portainer crane. Responsibility includes detailed drawing and design of temporary bracing system needed immediately after pile installation, design of all shuttering support beam and structures allowing a deflection of not more than 3 mm, pile testing grillage suitable for test loading upto 1200 ton with provisions of rock anchors, interaction with site engineers, formulation of the scheme keeping-in-view of the various binding parameters viz. transportability into deep sea, erectability from tidal considerations, handling wt limitations and time available for erection of each module, reusability etc.
P & 0 (Ports), Australia / JNPT / Trafalgar House Nhava Sheva International Container Terminal The project comprises of 600 m long and 5 m wide extension of container berth suitable for berthing of 90,000 DWT ships and two nos. 100 m long 10 m wide approach bridge equipped with one no 40 ton portainer crane.

The responsibility includes preparation of detailed design and drawings including obtaining approval of the same from P & O (Ports) Austalia

Extension of Wet Basin including Construction of Integrated Dry Dock The project comprises of 215m long and 12.375m wide  Extension of Wet basin and 75m length x 15.3m wide Dry dock

The responsibility includes preparation of detailed design and drawings of 750mm thk. Diaphragm wall tied back with 2000mm X 750mm rectangular panel pile for wet basin floor slab of Dry dock supported on 243 nos 600mm dia tension pile, Pump House and Ancillary structures for Integrated Dry Dock.

Creating Additional Facilities for Oil Jetty at Paradip Port Trust The Project comprises of 2 nos. Mooring Dolphins and 2 nos. of Berthing Dolphins with interconnected walkways

The responsibility includes preparation of detailed design and drawings for Mooring Dolphins and Berthing Dolphins for 150000 DWT Vessels. The Mooring Dolphins are supported on 1300 mm diameter bored cast-in-situ piles and the Berthing Dolphins are supported on 1500 mm diameter bored cast-in-situ piles. The Superstructure of Dolphins comprise of 1600mm thick solid pile cap. Precast walkways supported on 1000mm diameter bored cast-in-situ piles has been provided in between the berthing and mooring dolphins.

Chennai (Ennore) Port Trust / ITD Cementation India Ltd. Design of unloading Jetty for Oil Berth at Ennore Port The project comprises of  1300m long approach, 80m long vehicular approach and 425m long and 20m wide Main jetty

The responsibilities includes of preparation of design calculation and drawings of 1300m long approach trestle for pipe line supported on 1000mm diameter piles and comprising of 20m long precast prestressed superstructure girders, 80m long Vehicular approach from North Break water supported on 1100mm diameter bored cast-in-situ piles and 425m long x 20m wide Main jetty structure supported on 1200mm diameter vertical bored cast-in-situ piles for berthing and mooring of wide range of vessels of 6000 DWT to 200000 DWT capacity. The Finished Deck level is at (+)5.000m and the design  dredged level for  Main Jetty  is at  (-)21.000m.

Haldia Dock Complex, Kolkata / ITD Cementation India Ltd. Design of Cargo Berth at Haldia Dock The project comprises of 17.0m wide Berth

The responsibilities includes preparation of design and drawings for 17.0m wide berth supported on 1100mm thick diaphragm wall at front tied back to 1100mm x2400mm panel pile at back. The Berth has been designed for 40000 DWT vessels in a impounded dock condition. The Superstructure comprises of precast longitudinal beams and cast-in-situ Transverse beams under cast-in-situ deck slab. The Finished deck level is at (+)7.000m and the design dredged level is (-)14.000m

Preparation of GA Drawing, detailed Design & Working Drawings along with detailed design calculations for in-situ headstock and rear crane beam staging arrangement and detailed design calculations for all the pans of different length, Cantilever Portion, Crane Beam, Headstock-Crane Beam Joints and minute details of structural arrangement for the same.
Simplex Infrastructures Limited Steel Walkway Bridge Terminal – 2, at Mundra Port, Gujarat Preparation of GA Drawing, detailed Design & Working Drawings for Steel Walkway Bridge Terminal – 2, at Mundra Port, Gujarat.

Preparation of Detailed Design & Working Drawings of Steel Superstructure for Walkway Bridge (22.14M effective span) and adoption of the same for the shorter span of 16.625M also. The responsibility also includes preparation of General Arrangement and Detailed Fabrication Drawings for both 22.14M & 16.625M effective span.

Sical Iron Ore Terminal -Chennai (Ennore) Port  / ITD Cementation India Ltd.

Design of Iron Ore and Bulk Jetty for Sical Logistics Limited at Ennore Port The project comprises of  120m long x 10m width approach, 350m long x 30m wide Main jetty and 62m long x 15m width RO-RO jetty The responsibilities included preparation of design calculation and drawings of 120m long approach for vehicular traffic and conveyor trestles on RCC deck with precast beams supported on 1100 mm dia cast-in-situ piles,350m long main jetty designed to accommodate 250000 DWT vessels, Drive House and Take up Tower with conveyor trestles on RCC deck precast beam system rested and supported on 1300 dia cast-in-situ piles and 62m long RO-RO jetty for 17200 DWT RO-RO vessels with RCC deck with precast beam system supported on 1200mm dia cast-in-situ piles.
Adani Mormugao Port  Terminal Private Limited / Simplex Infrastructures Limited Second Coal Terminal (Berth No. 7) at Mormugao Port, Goa The project comprises of construction of 284m long x 26.44m wide Second Coal Terminal (Berth No. 7) at Mormugao Port, Goa Responsibilities included preparation of design calculation and drawings of Berth with R.C.C. Deck and Cast–in–Situ Beams supported on 1300mm dia Bored Cast–in–Situ piles. The new berth was designed to be integrated with isolated Mooring and Breasting Dolphins of existing berth to become a continuous structure. The Berth was designed for Berthing and Mooring of wide range of vessels varying from 20000 DWT to 160000 DWT capacities.
Mundra Port & Special Economic Zone  Limited / Simplex Infrastructures Limited Berth T–10 & T–11 at Mundra, Gujarat The Project comprises of construction of 525m long x 38.2m wide Bulk Berth T–10 & T–11 at Mundra, Gujarat Responsibilities included preparation of design calculation and drawings of Bulk Berth with R.C.C. Deck with precast R.C.C. Beams supported on 1300mm and 1400mm dia Bored Cast–in–Situ piles. The Berth was designed for Berthing and mooring of vessels upto 60000 DWT capacity
Mundra Port & Special Economic Zone Limited / ITD Cementation India Limited Container Terminal at South Port, Mundra, Gujarat The Project Comprises of construction of 810m long x 53.675m wide Container Terminal at South Port, Mundra, Gujarat Responsibilities included preparation of design calculation and drawings of Wharf with R.C.C. Deck and precast R.C.C. beams supported on 1300mm and 1400mm dia Bored Cast–in–Situ piles, The wharf designed for Berthing 8000 to 14000 TEU (125000 to 157000 DWT) vessels.
Adani Hazira Port Pvt. Ltd. / Simplex Infrastructures Limited LNG Terminal Coal & Multipurpose Berths at Hazira Port, Gujarat The Project comprises of construction of 962m long x 36m wide Non – LNG Terminal Coal & Multipurpose Berths with 2 nos. 16m wide x 87m long, 2 nos. 10m wide x 87m long and 2 nos. 26m wide x 87m long approaches at Hazira Port, Gujarat Responsibilities included preparation of design calculation and drawings of Berth with R.C.C. Deck with Cast–in–Situ R.C.C. beams supported on 1400mm dia Bored Cast–in–Situ piles with main berth and on 100m diameter Bored Cast–in–Situ Piles in the approaches. The Berth was designed for 10000 to 160000 DWT vessels and supporting Conveyor system with Transfer
Mundra Port & Special Economic Zone Limited / ITD Cementation India Limited Bulk Terminal T12 mooring dolphin at Mundra Port, Gujarat The project comprises of 195m long x 38.25m wide Bulk Terminal T12 & 15m long x 15m wide mooring dolphin at Mundra Port, Gujarat Responsibilities included preparation of design calculation and drawings of Berth with R.C.C. Deck and precast R.C.C. Beams supported on 1300mm and 1400mm dia Bored Cast–in–Situ Piles. The Berth was designed for vessels upto 60000 DWT capacity. Design of isolated mooring dolphin for 150 Ton mooring force was also included in scope of work.

Adani Vizag Coal Terminal Pvt. Ltd. / ITD Cementation India Ltd.

Construction of East Quay -1 (Eq-1) at Vishakhapat- nam, Andhra pradesh.

The project comprises of 280m long x 19m wide Coal Berth with Return Arm on both sides at Vishakhapatnam Port, Andhra Pradesh. Responsibilities included preparation of design calculation and drawings of Berth with 1100mm thick Diaphragm Wall at front, tied back to Rectangular Anchor Piles with RCC Tie Beams. The Diaphragm Wall has been designed to retain 19.75m height of earth fill. The berth was designed for vessels upto 100,000 DWP Capacity.
Adani Special Economic Zone Limited / ITD Cementation India Limited Container Terminal CT4 at Mundra Port, Gujarat The project comprises of construction of 650m long x 53.675m wide Container in continuation with existing Container Terminal CT3 at South Port, Mundra, Gujarat Responsibilities included preparation of design calculation and working drawings of Container Terminal with R.C.C. Deck and precast R.C.C. beams supported on 1300mm and 1400mm diameters Bored Cast–in–situ piles. The terminal was designed for berthing and mooring of 1500 to 18500 TEU (20000 to 200000 DWT) vessels. Responsibilities included obtaining approval of design calculations and working drawings from owner client.
Adani Ennore Container Terminal Pvt. Limited / ITD Cementation India Limited Container Terminal at Ennore Port, Tamil Nadu The project comprises of construction of 460m long x 34.500m wide Container Terminal at Ennore Port, Tamil Nadu Responsibilities included preparation of design calculation and working drawings of Container Terminal with provision of 1100mm thick diaphragm wall at the berthing face tied back to 1200mm diameter Bored Cast–in–situ piles and 3000mm x 1100mm rectangular piles at 5000mm internal with R.C.C. beams. The terminal was designed for berthing and mooring of 1500 to 14500 TEU (20000 to 152500 DWT) vessels. Responsibilities included obtaining approval from owner client and Independent Engineer.
